Roger Federer Jura Event Melbourne
It was with great pleasure when we received the call from Swiss coffee company Jura to run a mobile coffee bar service for their annual event held at Crown Casino Melbourne that we accepted the job with pleasure. What better way to start 2014 then to be making coffee for Roger Federer and the Jura international executive team for the launch of their new coffee machine product range.
The night started out with the arrival of the Jura staff, both local and international arriving for the set up of Club 23 at Crown Towers. The room was full of the latest Jura coffee products including their new range of coffee machines that will be available for retail purchase in April/May of 2014. We set up the coffee bar area ready for the initial rush when guests arrived. The menu not only consisted of the standard coffee range but also a few coffee coacktails that were a real hit on the night! Some of them can be found here, Coffee Cocktails, try them out 🙂
After the crowd had settled in and everyone had ordered their favourite coffee beverage from the Jura menu, we were joined by Tennis great Mary Joe Fernandez who sat down ready to interview Roger Federer about all things tennis and his Ambassadorship with Jura Coffee. The interview was very relaxed an when the formal part was over, the guests had their chance to ask Roger some questions relating to tennis and his personal life including what he gets up to with his family when his not touring the world and winning major tournaments.
