Eureka 89 Coffee Cart Melbourne

Over the last few years we have had many trips up the Eureka Tower to provide our mobile coffee cart service to guests for corporate functions and events. It is one of the best views in Melbourne and not one that too many barista’s get to see! We consider ourselves very lucky to be able to work in such a great event space with other like minded hospitality professionals.

Some of the views over the Melbourne CBD are simply amazing as the sun rises and is something you need to see to believe! THe picture above was on an overcast morning however an hour or so into service the cloud lifted and the view became clearer as the morning went on. This event was for the staff at AFL headquarters.

One of the best parts of loading our mobile coffee cart up 89 floors into the function room at Eureka is the that sometimes their is also a few surprises on the guest list. As you will see below, one of the best was the function we did for Channel 9 and The Voice and none other than Ricky Martin and Livinia Nixon turned up along with Jackson Thomas to sing a few tunes!

All of the staff and Channel 9 and The Voice were a fun bunch to work with alongside the very organised Eureka 89 staff.

Then Hart’s Coffee Cart is the service you are looking for! We are a mobile coffee service that uses carts not coffee vans to provide expertly made espresso coffee menu onsite for your next function.

We bring the coffee cart, all equipment, barista staff and all supplies with us to your function so once you have confirmed your booking with us, we take care of everything else! The only two things we require from you are access to the building via ramps and or lifts as the carts cannot be lifted up steps and at least one dedicated double power point onsite for our mobile coffee service equipment. Guests arrived at the new Symbion Headquarters in Keysborough for the launch of their new facility. The event styling seen the use of white decor so we also organised plain white coffee cups to match in with the theme for the day. Delegates enjoyed a nice fresh coffee from us before moving on in small groups for mini tours of the new premises.

The building was then official opened after a brief presentation by local members of parliament.

Jason and Karine recently had the pleasure of providing our coffee catering to the worldwide Amway Representatives at their Amway Business Centre in Coburg North.

We worked alongside Jess and Tom from Lisa Perkins Catering and had a lovely time meeting and greeting so many dedicated representatives.

Amway have an array of products, including beauty products and cleaning products for the home.

Mobile Coffee Hire at Red Energy Headquarters Melbourne

Red Energy headquarters in Richmond Melbourne is one of our regular visits throughout the year with over 500 staff onsite that enjoy cafe style coffee set up right inside their call center. We usually set up first thing in the morning before 8am so that our mobile coffee hire unit is ready to serve the staff as they arrive for work.

We are usually greeted with staff saying “are you ready yet” even as we are unloading the mobile coffee cart from the trailer! After all we are in Melbourne and Melburnians must have their coffee in hand as soon as possible each morning. Our set up takes around 45min to set up before we can serve however once the staff taste our barista made coffee, they are more than happy to line up for the second cup!

The staff at Red Energy are usually also treated with a fully catered lunch on some days also which makes for a really great working atmosphere with colleagues able to mingle together with a great cup of coffee in hand along with amazing food. The place has a real buzz about it with all sections of the call center interacting throughout the morning as they go about getting their work done.

After a 4-5 hour stretch of serving out nearly 500 coffees, the staff always treat us also to a lovely morning tea and lunch as there is usually a lot left over. We have a quick bite to eat and then start the cleaning and pack up process ready for the next job.
