Public Events in Melbourne | Coffee Cart Hire
Hart’s Coffee Cart provides its mobile coffee cart service primarily for pre-paid private functions and events in Melbourne, however we do offer clients the opportunity to have our service available for the public to pay for their own drinks at local events.
We charge our minimum fees to you to cover our costs such as Coffee Cart hire, staff hours and the cost of each drink. We offer a large percentage of each drink purchased in return. Potentially, on a moderate selling day, the client can gain our prepaid fees back and also profit greatly from the event.
Public events are determined with variable factors in mind which may gauge how many drinks will be sold:-
Are there other coffee companies at the event?
Is the event location surrounded by other local cafes?
Is the event in the middle of summer?
Is the event at night? Out of peak hour coffee serving time?
How long is the event for? One, two or three hours can limit the exposure and time to make drinks/profits…
Will our presence be known in your marketing, so that the public know that coffee will be available onsite at your event?
These are just a handful of things that can go for or against making public events worthwhile. This is why we charge our minimum costs to you before confirming each booking.
