Galaxy S5 Release in Melbourne

Samsung’s flagship store at Highpoint Shopping Centre called us and booked our mobile coffee cart service for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S5 phone. We arrived nice and early at Samsung Store Highpoint to load the coffee cart and all equipment into the huge building that takes up hectares of space out in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. Provided was a nice little space just inside the entrance to the store where we set up and warmed the machine ready to start serving when guests arrived.

Nova Fm were also there set up ready to go live on radio for the release of the Galaxy S5 and to promote and get the online buzz happening. We had loads of fun with the staff at the Samsung Store Highpoint who were also nice enough to come and visit us at our regular annual set up at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. It was no surprise that the first customers that came through on the morning were the super tech heads that couldn’t wait to get their hands on the latest and greatest phone! After they secured their new piece of technology they came over to us to relax, grab a complimentary coffee and enjoy their new purchase 🙂

Coffee For Volkswagen Golf Release 2014

It was a gloomy morning and a small hike up to a little country town near Buxton to provide Coffee For Volkswagen at the release of the new Volkswagen Golf 2014 range. The guests all arrived by Helicopter which was certainly a treat seeing them all fly in together. They landed and entered the building to start the seminar with a nice freshly made espresso coffee from us 🙂 Like most functions, there was an initial rush to get the morning started. When the guests realised their was “real” coffee available it created a great environment to kick start the day. We had already warmed up the machine and made a few coffees for the catering staff onsite so the aroma of freshly made coffee soon filtered throughout the building 🙂

After all the delegates had ordered their first coffee of the day, they all settled in for the first presentation made by the executive team that had flown down from Sydney for the morning event. While presentations of the new 2014 Golf were in progress, a very nice morning tea was being made up in the kitchen by North East Feast. The team at North East Feast looked after all the delegates and us with a great selection of home made pastries for morning tea. Of course, we had already filled them up prior with plenty of caffeine to make sure they could work quickly in the kitchen! 🙂
